  • In “Waterworld—Preparing for a Water Landing” by Jim Crouch in the November issue, the number of skydivers who died in the tragedy in Lake Erie in 1967 was 16.
  • In the scoreboard for the USPA National Skydiving Championships on page 61 of the November issue, the correct scores for the first four teams in 8-way formation skydiving open are:
