The United States Parachute Association is a not-for-profit
association dedicated to promoting the safe enjoyment of skydiving.
USPA represents 34,000 members. While that might seem
like a surprising amount to some, it's a small voice for such a

Regular Member
USPA's Regular Members form the core of the Association's membership
base. They include active skydivers, former skydivers, and others
who support the sport.
Regular Member benefits:
Monthly copy of Parachutist
magazine
Third-party liability property damage and bodily injury skydiving
insurance
Rental car discounts
Eligibility to apply for accidental death and dismemberment insurance
Eligibility to apply for life insurance
Eligibility to participate in all USPA license, rating, and awards
programs
Eligibility to purchase USPA demonstration jump insurance
Eligibility to participate in USPA-sanctioned competitions
Eligibility to participate in skydiving world records
Lifetime Member
USPA Lifetime Members can enjoy all USPA Regular
Member benefits for life by paying one membership fee. They need
only renew any USPA ratings they hold. In addition to the regular
member benefits, Lifetime Members receive a Lifetime patch, a gold
membership card and a photograph presented in Parachutist
magazine.
Temporary Membership
The USPA Temporary Membership Program was established for skydiving
students, jumpers visiting from other countries, and jumpers who
have let their membership expire and need to join quickly to make
jumps where USPA membership is required. Jumpers may apply to become
USPA Temporary Members only at USPA Group Member centers.
Temporary Member benefit:
Third-party liability property damage and bodily injury skydiving
insurance for one month.

now online! You don't need to be a skydiver to become a USPA
member.
