At the summer board meeting last year in Nashville, the board of directors authorized an expired instructional rating renewal fee of $40. This will become effective April 1, 2021. To renew your membership and ratings, you have a 90-day window that closes on your expiration date. After March 31, if you miss the three-month rating-renewal window, USPA will assess this fee when you do renew. If you are having currency issues that are preventing you from renewing a rating, renew whatever instructional rating you can before your expiration and USPA will waive the fee when you renew the rest, even if expired. Check your membership cycle and renew early to avoid getting charged this fee.
