The United States Parachute Association Board of Directors will hold its winter meeting February 13-15 in Los Angeles, California at the The Biltmore Los Angeles. The General Membership Meeting takes place on Saturday, February 14, at 6 p.m. Members in good standing are welcome to attend either in person or virtually.
