|
USPA members can request exceptions to USPA policies for reasons of hardship or in the interest of development of new technology. Follow the procedures outlined in Skydiver's Information Manual Section 2-2.
Waiver request by e-mail
- Download and fill out the waiver request form on the right.
- E-mail one copy to your USPA Regional Director (See below for a list of USPA Regional Directors).
- E-mail one copy to USPA Headquarters.
Waiver request by mail
- Download and fill out the waiver request form on the right.
- Mail one copy to your Regional Director (See below for a list of USPA Regional Directors).
- Mail one to USPA Headquarters, 5401 Southpoint Centre Boulevard, Fredericksburg, VA 22407; or fax (540) 604-9741.
