USPA administers an extensive competition judging program by which individuals within the skydiving community earn, maintain and use their judge's ratings. Judges are qualified as regional, national or international. Complete details can be found in Chapter 8 of the Skydiver's Competition Manual.

National or FAI judges conducting a Regional Judge’s certification course should e-mailthe director of competition for a copy of the written test.
