If you are a current USPA member but did not receive the e-mail to cast your vote electronically, either download and vote using the paper ballot or submit your e-mail address using the below form. Within 10 days from submitting the e-mail address change at Headquarters you should receive an e-mail from cvincent@uspa.org containing a link to the voting website.
