USPA presents the IRM online in flipbook version as a free service but urges skydiving students, instructors, school owners, and others who use the manual often to obtain a full version in print, as well as download and print the revisions after each board meeting to capture any changes made. You can purchase the 2023-2024 IRM on Amazon in paperback or Kindle e-book.
